（1） 基本培养目标
General Objectives
培养的学生身心健康、知识结构合理，有健全的人格、高尚的人文情怀和社会责任感，有一定的批判思维与创新能力、科学研究能力、语言文字表达能力、终身学习能力和组织管理能力，具有国际视野和团队合作精神。
Students are nurtured to be both physically and psychologically healthy. They are expected to have a wholesome personality, a value for humanistic pursuits, and a sense of social responsibility, as well as the ability to think critically and innovatively, good writing and communication skills, an orientation towards life-long learning, and a proficiency in organization and management. Moreover, they should have an international mindset and be able to work well in a team context.
（2）专业培养目标
Major-specific Objectives
培养具备现代管理学、经济学及资源学的基本理论，掌握不动产管理方面的基础知识，受到土地调查与规划、地籍测量与管理、土地制度与政策分析、房地产估价等基本技能训练，具有测量、制图、规划、估价、管理和3S应用等基本技能，能适应新时期国土、规划、房地产、金融、农业以及相关领域工作和研究需要的复合应用型人才。
Cultivating the comprehensive applicative talent undergraduate of possessing the basic theories of modern management, economics and natural resources, mastering the basic knowledge of real estate management, having the basic skills of doing cadastral survey, cadastral drawing, land use planning, real estate appraisal and management and 3S by training the courses of land survey and planning, cadastral survey and management, land institution and policy analysis, real estate appraisal, and adapting to the current demand in the national land resource, land planning, real estate, finance, agriculture and other related departments for doing business and research works..

二、基本要求

具有良好的思想品德、社会公德和职业道德；具有宽厚的人文社会科学和自然科学的基本知识；熟练掌握土地资源管理领域的基本理论、基本知识与基本技能；了解土地资源管理、房地产领域科学前沿和发展趋势；具有较强的观察与分析能力、表达与批判能力、创新与实践能力；最终实现知识、能力、素质协调发展。
The undergraduates should have a favorable ideological and moral cultivation, social moral and professional ethics and a broad and hard basic knowledge of human and social science and natural science, master proficiently the basic theory, knowledge and skills in the field of land resource management, understand the development trends and leading edge of scientific research in land resource management and real estate, possess a good analyzing and investigating ability, expressing and criticizing ability, innovative and practicing ability, for achieving a harmonious development among knowledge, ability and quality.

五、实践教学环节
V. Hands-on Experience
包括课程实习、综合实习、毕业实习与毕业论文、军训、劳动、社会实践、工程训练等内容，具体如下：
（1）课程实习。包括计量经济学实习（32学时）、统计学原理实习（32学时）、地籍测量实习（32学时）、地理信息系统实习（32学时）、地图学与计算机绘图实习（32学时）、遥感技术与应用（32学时）、土地利用规划（32学时）、土地利用工程与规划设计（32学时）。
（2）土地管理综合实习Ⅰ，时间6周。
（3）土地管理综合实习Ⅱ，时间6周。
（4）毕业实习与毕业论文，时间10 周。
（5）军训、劳动、社会实践、工程训练等学校统一安排。
Including course practice, comprehensive practice, graduation practice and thesis, military training, physical work, social practice and engineering training etc.
(1) Course practice. It includes cadastral survey (32 hours), GIS (32 hours), map and computer mapping (32hours), et al.
(2) Comprehensive practiceⅠ, 6 weeks
(3) Comprehensive practiceⅡ, 6 weeks
(4) Graduation practice and thesis, 10 weeks
(5) Military training, physical work, social practice and engineering training are arranged formally by the university.
